The Alpha Mall is an On-Line Shopping Mall, Open for Shopping to Everybody. To add your store to the Alpha Mall, however, you must become an Alpha Mall Member/Subscriber.

Once you become an Alpha Mall Member you have the opportunity to EARN MONEY according to the Alpha Mall Membership Agreement by introducing the Alpha Mall to other shop owners and shoppers.

#1) Decide what type of business structure you want to have.

A) Being a Sole Proprietor is the simplest and least expensive way to set up your business. Just get your tax number and start doing business! (This requires No real legal stuff - and not much money - , however, you are at a greater risk with this kind of business)

B) An LLC (Limited Liability Company) will protect your PERSONAL finances. This type of company, however, will cost you a little bit to set up. The most inexpensive way to set up an LLC is through Legal Zoom it will cost just under $550.00. Go to: http://www.legalzoom.com

#2) Get a state tax number Click on your home state below to get the information you need.

#3) Open a Bank Account

Go to your bank and open up a business account with your new tax number.
You will need at least $50.00 to put into your bank account when you open it.

  • Shipping Your Product
  • Some wholesalers will "drop-ship" product (meaning: they will ship for you). However, if they do not drop-ship (or you are selling products you produce yourself) there are a number of options when it comes to shipping your product.

  • REMEMBER, you should at least double the total costs of your product to arrive at your retail price. Since shipping is part of your cost of doing business, be sure to know your shipping costs and include them when determining your product prices.

  • Maybe Your business is not selling products, but services. Whether you are selling unique information, offering mentoring and coaching, or providing some other service, a monthly membership site may be a better option for you than a shopping cart of products for sale.

  • Target the right market: Find a market that is passionate about a subject, and then build your membership site around it.
  • Make it unique: Ideally potential subscribers shouldn’t be able to find the same information elsewhere for free online. Your job is to search online (and in some case offline) for content, and provide it in a convenient manner for your subscribers.
